Your Move recently supported me through quite a complex property purchase with what my solicitor told me was the worst chain that she had ever dealt with! It was a real team effort from everyone. Sam took the lead and was friendly, approachable, communicative, positive, helpful, flexible and forthcoming throughout. Bec was patient, understanding and informative and Deb was the problem solver and voice of reason. What was at times a very stressful, difficult and uncertain situation was made so much easier and more bearable for me by knowing that I had so many people involved who were determined to assist me in finding a way forward through the chaos and who were also willing to go above and beyond in order to ensure that my move would succeed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even the most random of requests, and correspondence was always prompt. I am very grateful for the help that the team gave me, especially all the emotional and moral support, as I am now living in my dream property and couldn’t be happier!
