What if your tenant stops paying rent? Regain possession of your property and keep your income safe.
Up to 12 months' rent - with NO EXCESS to pay, subject to a maximum amount of £35,000. The rent is 100% guaranteed if your tenant defaults until vacant possession is obtained, or your property is re-let (whichever is sooner).
Up to £15,000 of legal fees paid for costs arising from regaining possession of your property from a tenant (providing there are rent arrears or the tenant has failed to vacate the premises at the end of a tenancy agreement).
