Refer a friend, family member or colleague who goes on to successfully instruct us to sell or let their property, and we’ll reward you with a £100 Amazon voucher for each recommendation.*

This Refer a Friend promotion is available to customers who recommend a friend, family member or colleague to the Your Move franchise Property@Cumbria.

To qualify for the promotion:

The person making the referral must recommend a new customer to a participating Your Move branch; and
-
The referred customer must subsequently instruct the participating Your Move branch to sell or let their property and sign the relevant Estate Agency Agreement or Terms of Business.

The promotion is available only through these participating Your Move branches: Carlisle, Wigton, Whitehaven.

The referral must relate to a new instruction. Existing instructions, previous instructions and property transfers between branches are not eligible.

Once the referred customer has successfully instructed a participating branch in accordance with these terms, the person who made the qualifying referral will receive a £100 Amazon voucher.

A maximum of five £100 Amazon vouchers may be claimed by any one person under this promotion.

Only one referral reward is available per qualifying property instruction. Where more than one person refers the same customer or property, only the first qualifying referral received will be eligible for the reward.

The referred customer must comply with the terms of their Estate Agency Agreement or Terms of Business. If the qualifying instruction is cancelled or withdrawn before the applicable qualifying requirements have been met, Your Move Property@Cumbria reserves the right to withhold the referral reward.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other referral offer or promotion.

The £100 Amazon voucher has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other reward.

Employees of LSL Property Services plc, Your Move, Reeds Rains or their franchisees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Your Move reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral before issuing a reward and to withhold a reward where these terms and conditions have not been met.
