Lettings rules and regs are a minefield these days without essential support from a team that make it their business to be up-to-date in current laws and best practice. Karen Coleman is my go-to person for all advice regarding contracts and she goes above and beyond to help me with tenancies outside of their (geographical area) responsibility to help me. Not all agents are the same!

We moved the management of our rental property to Your Move Nolan Throw's Buckingham office in January due to growing disappointment and frustration with the service received from our previous agent of many years standing, as a result of them being taken over by (twice) by larger corporate agencies. From the outset we have been impressed by the personal service received and the attention to detail demonstrated. Quite apart from anything else, Nolan Throw's open and direct approach has led to a much better understanding of and relationship with our tenant through the simple expedient of opening up a dialogue. The transfer of the management of the tenancy revealed several worrying inadequacies in the practices of the previous agent, all of which were addressed and corrected by NT. To date all maintenance issues with the property have been dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of both landlord and tenant and with Karen's help we have just renewed the tenancy for a further 12 months. Based on our experience to date, I would thoroughly recommend that anyone considering letting a property in the Buckingham/Winslow area talk to Nolan Throw first.
