⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Your Move estate, Northampton. From the very beginning of the process through to moving in, the team has been incredibly helpful and supportive. A special thank you to Lucy, who conducted my property viewing and made everything clear and straightforward. I’d also like to thank Siobhan for all of her help throughout the process. Every time I had a question or called the office, the team was always friendly, patient, and happy to help. This is my first time renting privately rather than living in student accommodation, so I was quite nervous about the whole process. However, they made everything so easy and stress-free, and I always felt supported. I would highly recommend Your Move Eastgate, Northampton to anyone looking to rent a property. Initially we spoke to Sam Throw. Sam made us feel like we really mattered. He called us every week for 12 weeks just to check how we were getting on. This is what drew us to Your Move. Clearly Sam’s team all have the same kind, professional and personable ways. Eddie and Charlie gave us time to tell them what we loved about our home. They wanted to know what we would like prospective buyers to know about our home and what had made us love it so much that we had stayed for so many years. Eddie put his heart and soul in to marketing our property. He remembered every last detail we had given him and passed this on to prospective buyers. Eddie has a skill of finding out what each buyer wants from a home and then cleverly highlights specific details about the home that matches the buyers requirements without bombarding them with too much information. Eddie presented our home with confidence, professionalism and pride. Each time he showed someone around he was able to answer every question clearly and accurately and offered it in its very best light as though he was selling his own home. Feedback on a weekly basis was brilliant. Eddie was thorough and honest. We never felt in the dark about what was happening during the whole marketing process. Eddie made us feel like we really mattered, we weren’t just another client.
