Second time we have dealt with Matt now, having rented through him after arriving back from abroad, when Your Move Oundle were still Woodford. We’re now in our second place after upsizing following the birth of our baby. Matt is super easy to deal with, communicative, fair, and makes the (sometimes convoluted) process of renting a breeze. Siobhan helped sort out any contract questions, and managed to get back to us efficiently despite being super busy. Honourably mention to Madi as well, who answered questions for us when Matt was away. Would recommend dealing with Matt, Madi and Siobhan! Thanks all!

The staff were always welcoming and available if I needed to drop into the office with questions. They kept me well-informed whenever there were updates or changes related to my lease, and any maintenance issues were handled quickly and efficiently—items were repaired or replaced without delay.
