I have worked in the property industry myself for nearly 20 years, and when faced with the situation of having to help facilitate moving my elderly and very unwell grandmother from her family home of 60 years into a more suitable property I was faced with geographical and time challenges. We arranged for three local agents to visit and meet with my grandmother and my mother as it would be them who would have to deal with the day to day arrangements of selling a home. They decided that bar far the best prepared and enthusiastic was Joe Roberts from Your Move in Kingsthorpe. I wanted to keep a distance as to not get involved with telling other agents how to do their jobs, so was really pleased when Joe produced an excellent set of details, some really brilliant photos and a great online advert. Chris Wilson-Slight then sold the property for us after 2 weeks of block viewings and some real good old fashioned estate agency work. At this stage I was very pleased to hear the sale was going to handled by a dedicated sales progression team, being in the industry I know how difficult it can be to progress a sale as well as run a good estate agency operation. Jessica Roberts was the lucky lady who got this sale, and she turned it around within weeks with no stress or bother, it seemed to be too easy, the onward purchase however has been anything but easy. This purchase was not done via your move, and involved a seller in Australia and very poor service from their appointed conveyancer. At this point Jessica excelled, instead of seeing her sale was all done legally bar the exchange, she tirelessly worked with me to get all the legal work on the purchase completed, many times going far above and beyond what I even expected and always answered my calls, replied to emails and just got things done!! The whole team were brilliant for me and my family, but Jessica deserves a very special mention
