It was a godly act, sounds cheesy but its true. They delivered and exceeded my expectations. They performed the viewings themselves, giving honest feedback. I went on the sole judgement of Samantha. I never met the buyer. The conveyancing could have failed, leaving my late mothers estate, paying both parties fees.
