After somewhat of a whirlwind process, we are in our dream flat thanks to Zara and Raulay. From the initial query, Raulay was great and really hands on. For both our viewing and then a meeting with the landlord, she stayed way longer than what was expected of her, and having been scurried through viewings with other estate agents, this was a unheard of and we were very grateful. Because of both Zara and Raulay, the process was quite quick and painless. Thanks so much for all of your help ladies!
