I have been on the mailing list for properties in the Coalville area for quite some time now, and although I haven’t yet purchased a home there, I wanted to write this review to recognise just how exceptional the service has been from start to finish. Leah is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She keeps me regularly updated with properties that match exactly what I’m looking for, and never sends irrelevant listings, she really takes the time to understand my preferences and needs. What stands out most is that she doesn’t just send generic emails; she often adds a personal note or extra detail about a property or the local area, which shows she truly cares about helping me find the right place, not just making a sale. Even though I haven’t yet bought, she has always been so patient, friendly, and professional. She answers every query quickly and thoroughly, and always goes above and beyond to help in any way she can, whether that’s providing extra information, explaining the local market, or just offering helpful advice. It’s rare to receive such high-quality, personal service, especially when you haven’t yet committed to a purchase.
