As complete newbies in the property rental business some 7 years ago we tentatively commenced our new world of property rental with Your Move, situated in Polegate. From the very start it was apparent that Paul Barden knew his onions and the initial helpful advice went a long way to easing our fears of what we were doing. Such details as EICR (Electrical Reports). The right to work, the gas safety certification, checking the tenants accountability all are taken care of. This is also due to the dynamic duo in the office as Angela Cuff joined Paul some time ago and is a wonderful and knowledgeable asset to the setup. So 7 years later we now have three properties under the care of the wonderful Polegate Office. If you visit it just look around, you may well see the thank you cards dotted about from thankful clients, we indeed being included in the accolades! I rarely if ever write reviews so in so doing I can confirm deep faith and complete satisfaction in Your Move Polegate! John Adams.
