Hello, I'm Paul Barden, the branch manager for the Your Move Polegate office in East Sussex. I have worked in the estate agency industry for nearly 35 years in many differing roles but always local to my home in Willingdon giving me both detailed local knowledge and many happy repeat customers over the years.

Our working ethic is that of good old fashioned estate agency with the customer always forefront in everything we do, mixed with the latest in modern technology to do the very best for all of our home sellers and landlords alike. The branch has been working in the heart of the Polegate community for over 25 years and is one of the largest sales and lettings agents locally.

We look after all types of property in and around Polegate, Wannock and Willingdon as well as nearby Hailsham for both sales and lettings so whatever your needs we look forward to working with you.

Our branch is located on the High Street in the centre of the village within easy reach of the mainline rail station which serves the coastway to Eastbourne and Brighton and also has a direct service to London (Victoria).
