I have used this estate agent twice now to sell properties and both times they have been exceptionally good and i would not hesitate to recommend them, great customer service and communication.

Having purchased a property through them in the past, and being really impressed with their customer-focused service (especially Rob), they were the only estate agency I considered this time. All of the team I had dealings with for my sale, from Craig's initial evaluation and advice, to Scott's invaluable advice regarding acceptance of offers, to Emma who took over the reins after the offer was accepted, couldn't have done more to ensure a smooth process with a real human touch at all times. I especially enjoyed the ease of contact and their super-fast responses via WhatsApp. Special thanks to Emma, and also to Sam, for relentlessly chasing an often missing-in-action conveyancer to achieve exchange, beyond the odds, just before the Easter holidays.
