We have just sold a property in York, using Your Move. Can't praise them enough. It's not a great time to sell at present but Scott and his staff did everything possible to promote our property and were amazing guiding us through the sale process. A lovely bunch of, friendly people, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thanks also to Rob who negotiated a great price on a previous property a couple of years ago, Sam who was most helpful this time around. A great bunch and would have no hesitation in using them again .

I have used this estate agent twice now to sell properties and both times they have been exceptionally good and i would not hesitate to recommend them, great customer service and communication.

Having purchased a property through them in the past, and being really impressed with their customer-focused service (especially Rob), they were the only estate agency I considered this time. All of the team I had dealings with for my sale, from Craig's initial evaluation and advice, to Scott's invaluable advice regarding acceptance of offers, to Emma who took over the reins after the offer was accepted, couldn't have done more to ensure a smooth process with a real human touch at all times. I especially enjoyed the ease of contact and their super-fast responses via WhatsApp. Special thanks to Emma, and also to Sam, for relentlessly chasing an often missing-in-action conveyancer to achieve exchange, beyond the odds, just before the Easter holidays. You get what you pay for, so if you want a quality service where you're not just a number and you don't have to wait for hours or days for a reply, then I would wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic team, and I will certainly be using them the next time I move, although I hope that won't be for many years yet!

What can I say, an estate agent thats worth every penny! From getting advice at the very beginning on how to prepare our house for sale right through to moving into our new home we had our hands held all the way in a most friendly yet professional way.
