Suffolk
Why Live in Suffolk?
Looking for a county that offers historic towns, scenic countryside, coastal escapes and access to green open spaces? Suffolk could be the perfect place to begin your property search.
At the heart of the county are Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft, well-connected locations known for their shopping, restaurants, heritage, cultural attractions, local amenities and strong community appeal. They appeal to a wide range of buyers and renters, from young professionals and families to landlords and investors seeking strong local demand.
Beyond the main towns, Suffolk offers a varied choice of villages, suburbs and coastal communities, each with its own appeal. Areas across the county provide access to local schools, shops, transport links, parks and countryside, giving house hunters plenty of options depending on their lifestyle, priorities and budget.
The property market in Suffolk is equally varied, with town-centre apartments, traditional terraces, semi-detached family homes, larger detached properties, rural cottages and homes close to the coast all available. This makes the county attractive to first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, commuters and those looking for a balance between convenience, value and space.
With a mix of historic character, rural landscapes and access to outdoor destinations such as the Suffolk Coast, Dedham Vale, riverside walks, country parks and nature reserves, Suffolk offers plenty for those looking to put down roots.

Reviews of Your Move Estate Agents in Suffolk
We trusted Your move to let us know when a suitable rental property came up for rental. We saw on their site the very property that fitted all what we were looking for in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Imagine our excitement as we immediately sent a request to view this beautiful home. Date 26th March 26
Your Move ignored our request, no return email, phone call, Nothing? We rang but we could not get through to them? Then on Rightmove a LET AGREED appeared. So that was so upsetting for us. Then weeks later it was again on for rent. So we rang and the local offive of Yourmove did not know of this property they were renting out?? Now 02 May 26 Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, Let Agreed.
Warning: Although YOURMOVE advertised a property means you have NO chance.
They were invaluable when the solicitor who was acting on behalf of the owners of the house we were buying were very slow.
Highly recommend
