We provide appropriate and continual training throughout your career. Every new employee receives full training as part of a comprehensive training programme at our nationwide learning academies.

The mission of the Talent Development Team is to enhance organisational effectiveness by creating a culture of high performance. We are committed to supporting the continued growth and development of our most valuable resource, our people.


Our induction programme has been enhanced to include a modular approach to training, supported by pre course work, eLearning and classroom based delivery. The programme includes a skills based assessment where our management teams sign off our new employees as competent in their new role. All successful trainees attend a formal presentation where they are presented with a certificate and badge in order to welcome them on their journey of being a Brand Ambassador.

We encourage Continual Personal Development with a series of courses and workshops to suit all roles.

Leadership Development

We offer an accredited Leadership Pathway Programme for our current Management Teams. In addition we follow a ‘Grow our Own’ programme development our Sales Consultants into our managers of the future.

Career Progression Pathway

We believe in encouraging our employees to aim to be the best they can in their role and rewarding their success. We are committed to developing the talent within our business through a programme known as the Career Progression Pathway (CPP). This structured route of progression provides a clear framework for all branch related roles. The pathway outlines the necessary technical and behavioural competencies, line manager observations and training courses required to be signed off as competent in a specific job role. To track this journey all employees receive a CPP passport which is ‘stamped’ by management in order to monitor and reward progression.


All learning activity is hosted via our internal Learning Management System (LMS) – LearningMatters. This system enables the integration of on-demand e-learning and virtual-classroom training, in addition the system provides automated and bespoke reporting to be able to track completion and quantify the success of all learning interventions. Employees can work through modules at their pace, in the branch or at home, and therefore in a more relaxed less formal environment. LearningMatters helps to ensure that our teams are fully compliant.
