This review is for the Blackheath Branch. Looking for a new place to live can be a real pain. You spend lots of time asking for viewings on places that are already let or get sent rubbish that would be of no use. Thankfully YourMove Blackheath actually tries to help. When we didn’t go for the one that we decided to view they were quick to take on our feedback and find the perfect place. The whole paperwork process was easy and swift. When it came in to move in day, we did have a few issues. The previous tenants had left a piano and other furniture behind and there was a slight plumbing issue. I called YourMove and the team advised they would get in touch with their boss as he had gone home (it was 6pm so fair enough) what I didn’t expect was that their boss Richard called me straight back. He worked tirelessly to get everything sorted. By the next day we had a maintenance team organised to sort the plumbing and he had organised the removal of the piano. He spent his own personal time checking in on us and helping. He even came round on the Saturday to check they had taken the piano and drop off keys. He got rid of all excess furniture left by the previous tenants. He has continued to make sure we are ok since. I have been blown away by how helpful Richard has been. A special thanks go to Grace and Jake too who have been so on it throughout this whole process. I highly recommend YourMove Blackheath! Keep up the good work.
