EXCELLENT AGENT - Two years on from my last review AND STILL THE BEST AGENTS FOR MILES. Found me a new tenant due to their strong network within 2 days!!!!!! Still competitively priced with a friendly staff who know the market and are realistic unlike some agents in the area. PLUS unlike most agents I have worked with for my property portfolio they actually ring back and answer emails. My tenants also give them full marks. Will use them again for sure. Full marks to Grace and Richard both reliable and friendly whilst remaining very professional at all times.

Richard goes the extra mile, fresh coffee , biscuits, chilled water from the fridge with lemon , colouring books and pencils for the children. I hope he claims off expenses .Always has time to reassure everything in order goes the extra mile 🙂 Paula managed to negotiate a fantastic price for me .

I enquired about a new home for my partner and I that I saw on Rightmove. From the start Poppy and Grace where warm, personable and answered the many questions I had (we came with a checklist) and we were able to quickly offer and begin the dealings. From signing the tenancy to finding out all we needed to know, the process was smooth. Your Move themselves have been extremely impressive. We can log repairs through a portal and that is revolutionary compared to the lacklustre and completely nonsense way I had to log repairs through the agency we previously let from who took 2 years to fix one thing and didn't fix anything else. I've reported 3 repairs so far and all of them have been completed already. Your Move have been brilliant so far and so has communicating with Poppy and Grace.
