We cannot recommend Charlotte at Your Move highly enough. From the very beginning of our house purchase through to after we had moved in, she went above and beyond. Charlotte was incredibly proactive throughout the entire process. If she ever called with a snag or issue, she had already spoken to the relevant people and had a clear plan of action. She never just presented a problem—she came with solutions and kept everything moving forward. She worked tirelessly to coordinate between ourselves, the solicitors, the mortgage lender and the developer, ensuring everyone was communicating and doing what they needed to do. Her persistence and organisation genuinely helped keep the purchase on track. She struck the perfect balance of being friendly, approachable and reassuring whilst remaining highly professional. Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. What impressed us even more was that Charlotte’s support didn’t end when we collected the keys. She has continued to help us with the few minor snagging issues on our new-build home, liaising with the developer to make sure everything is resolved. That level of aftercare is rare and shows how much she genuinely cares about her clients. Buying a home can be one of the most stressful experiences, but Charlotte made it so much easier. We worked with Charlotte and sometimes Olivia to book many viewings before we purchased and we finally put an offer on a house they hosted— Charlotte was the one who helped us and she was always friendly kind, understanding, kept us consistently updated, helped us with any queries and more importantly helped us chase solicitors!
