Lewis is brilliant. Very approachable, goes above and beyond to help and maintains great communication. He really seems to care about your circumstances. As an adult with high functioning autism, a house move can be one of the single most terrifying experiences. Lewis was sympathetic toward the things that are a struggle for me as opposed to someone who isn’t neurodivergent. He gave me all the space I needed to get done all the daunting paperwork in my own time with the help of friends and was never pushy or demanding, unlike some past experiences I’ve had with estate agents.
