3 Months free Lettings Management – Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Edward Rose Property Group, registered in England at 28 London Road, Southampton, SO15 2AG. (Company number: 14719943) (the “Promoter”).

2. The offer of 3 months free management is not to be used conjunction with any other offer.

3. The offer only applies from the 18^th September 2023 until the 31^st December 2023

4. For new fully managed landlords, once the promotion of 3 months free management fee has expired from the 4^th rental due date, the agreed fee from the signed terms of business will apply.

5. Tenant find 3 months free promotion only applies to current Your Move portfolio properties, any other properties offered into the promotion will be subject to our standard procedures and terms of business.
