Elaine from the Edinburgh leith walk branch is an absolute superstar!
I had some issues with the washing machine in our rented accommodation which dragged on a bit and was becoming a very stressful situation not being able to wash our clothes and having a 2 year old at nursery, us at work, we were spending our days off paying a fortune at a local laundrette for about 3 weeks.
After finally losing my patience between the landlord/ parts company/ I called up the branch at Edinburgh Leith walk and spoke with Elaine, who was just so incredibly efficient.
She understood the issues and stress that the situation was bringing and she would get back to me with 24 hours with a solution and she did.
New machine was ordered and installed within a few short days and she still checked in to see if everything was okay, any additional help needed.
Thank you Elaine, hopefully I can now put an end to all these extra "stress greys" the have appeared in my beard over the last couple weeks.
