When I saw this property ticking all my boxes Ellie was amazing from the get go. Communication was brilliant and she completely understood and sympathised with my feelings and emotions around everything. Nothing was ever too much and any questions I had she found the answer with no issues. She made a very difficult and emotional journey so positive and gave me the reassurance I needed !
