Experience has been highly positive so far. I’m grateful to my letting manager, Elaine Thompson, for handling issues or concerns I have raised in the past promptly with both professionalism and empathy. I recently had an issue with my washing machine completely breaking down and within just one morning after being notified of the issue, Elaine was able to liaise with the landlord to get it replaced. Not only was it the solution I was hoping for, but Elaine expressed sympathy for my situation at the same time which was reassuring. I am very pleased with the outcome and couldn’t have asked for a better service.
