What do you love most about your home?
The garden is amazing — it gets sun all day long! We’re also surrounded by three great parks with the river just a short walk away. The convenience of both New Cross and New Cross Gate stations being 7minutes walk away has been a dream - you can get to London Bridge in 5 minutes!
Inside, the space has been more than enough for the two of us. Our favourite space is the open plan kitchen/dining room, it's been perfect for having friends over for dinners and when weather permits - BBQs under the pergola in the garden.
What do you love about the area?
Because it’s a cul-de-sac, it’s really quiet, and we’re right by walking and cycling paths that lead to Deptford, Greenwich, and a 20min cycle gets you into London. Just across the road there’s a handy row of shops, including a great fruit and veg shop and a well-stocked mini-market. We’ve also really enjoyed evening walks along the river to Deptford Market Yard for dinner or drinks, and walking up to Greenwich Park to catch the sunset.
